Johannes “Comfortable rooms with aurora wake-up close to the glacier”

The rooms are old but comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and successfully gave us aurora warnings so we got to see the northern lights. Food was pricey, but tasty, so you get something for your money. The adjacency to the glacier is cool, we managed to do a small hike through the snow along the glacier during dusk after dinner in end of March. The breakfast is well stocked.

Very nice location. But the best part is how they accommodated changes when it is possible. We have encountered storm, and the hotel staffs were very patient and help us at every steps. So we didn’t end up trapped in the storm.

A very well located property next to glacier activities and national park. A good structure with a restaurant and a bar that are necessary being in the middle of the field with not much around. We could experience the northern lights as well that night that made our stay even better

Amazing location—perfect for Northern Lights spotting right outside the hotel. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. Staff were helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
