Really enjoyed staying here, easy acces to sea and costal path. Nice spacious place with living room upstairs so very light. Great location with good facilities, would be even better if the place had a washing machine. Massive bed and really nice linen..

Place was very comfortable was a bonus that there was a second toilet upstairs as this wasn’t advertised, I struggle with stairs and thought we only had one bathroom which was downstairs next to bedroom, so this was very helpful. Everything was very clean, the location was so peaceful even though there were other people in adjoining properties, we didn’t get disturbed by anyone. Close to beach and two cafes along coastal path towards Sizewell. We walked the coastal path walk to Thorpness, again plenty of cafes etc.

Everything about the property appealed to us. The layout with the living area on first floor was lovely as it caught the Sun all day. The presentation was excellent and beautifully cleaned. The hosts were exceptional in arranging for us to have 2 extra dining chairs and a larger table so we could invite relatives round for dinner. We greatly appreciated this. The hosts also arranged for some extra cooking equipment which made it easier. So pleased about property and the Hosts we have booked for a week next year at a similar time.
