The host met us at the property when we arrived. The villa was great, new, spacious, clean and modern. The outdoor area was fantastic with a great pool. The location was spectacular on the edge of the village of Sivas and the views were to die for. Couldn't fault it at all. Great taverna just one minute walk away.

Staying at Villa Olea was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is exceptional – breathtaking views of Psiloritis and the surrounding landscape that truly leave you in awe. The villa is perfectly situated: close enough to the village and little shops for convenience, yet far enough to ensure complete peace and quiet. Parking is available and easy, making everything even more comfortable. The villa itself offers absolute serenity combined with a touch of luxury. Everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully organized, with excellent appliances and amenities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to Stelios – by far the most welcoming and kind host we’ve ever met. His warm hospitality, helpful guidance, and fantastic recommendations on places to visit made our stay even more memorable. This was a truly luxurious and serene experience that our whole family loved, and we are already looking forward to returning. 100% recommended!

A very comfortable and well-equipped villa, spotlessly clean. It features a swimming pool, a kitchen with an oven, air conditioning, and a rooftop terrace. There’s also a lovely BBQ area. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The villa is spacious, tastefully furnished, and has a wonderful pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening. There’s a great outdoor BBQ area, perfect for cooking and relaxing together. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the house, making it very comfortable even on hot days. The villa is very well suited for groups – we stayed with five people and had more than enough space. The price is very reasonable for what you get, offering excellent value for money. The location is also ideal: just a 10-minute drive to Matala, a beautiful beach with natural shade from trees, sunbeds, umbrellas, fascinating caves to explore, and a variety of great restaurants. There’s also a Lidl supermarket just 10 minutes away by car, and the drive from Heraklion Airport takes around 50 minutes. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy Crete. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!
