I don't understand the 7,5 reviews. Clean bedsheets, enough towels and clean, clean bathroom, heating worked perfectly. Breakfast was more than enough for how many persons were eating! Perfect location direct in the center, underground parking for 5€ /24h. What more could you expect? Not a 5 star hotel but for a 3 star it deserves a 10!

Hotel de Limbourg is a charming gem located right in the heart of Sittard’s historic market square. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the staff provides exceptionally warm and professional service.

Perfect central stay - would stay again if we are back. Sittard is a lovely town and this is in the heart of the city. Super easy to walk to from the train station, and plenty of restaurant choice in the square (as well as hotel). The room itself is just a basic hotel room but it was perfectly clean and I have no complaints. They also allowed us to store our backpacks after checkout, and breakfast was a nice continental buffet (there are boiled eggs and great croissants).

In the centre, close to restaurants, parking and shops. Good breakfast with gluten free options. Parking underground 5 euro for 24 hours.
