Sitges is a very pretty beach resort with an interesting old town. There are lots of individual shops in the newer part. The location was down a side road a short walk from the beach. Barcelona is only about 35 minutes away by train. The Nautical club is nearby and you can hire kayaks and paddle boards from there, you don't have to be a member. There are many good restaurants nearby. A large supermarket was about a 10 minute walk away. It was very hot during our stay, so we appreciated the air conditioning.

The location is great, very close to the beach and nice places to eat. Also, very good easy communciation with the hosts.
