very relaxed location away from the busier areas of Stiges but only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Comfy and modern equipped rooms that were very clean. All staff were great. And, good value!

Loved the Utopia bar cafe. Decor in rooms was lovely, everything very compact and smart. Outside area was very nice. Great checkout time (noon) and I was able to check in early. Super good value for money. Great wee pool and outdoor area (although shame about AstroTurf!)

The staff were friendly. The breakfast offered next door was very nice, definitely a highlight. The location is lovely too: a quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to the beach, which was much appreciated.
