The restaurant of the park is right in front of the enclosure with large lake where animals come to drink, so we could watch giraffes, rhinos, hippos, impalas and other animals coming for a drink while we were having breakfast. Some animals move freely inside the camp and make it feel really special. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Amazing place with a wonderful staff. I do recommend a safari with Maxwell. An amazing guide that will keep you well informed and in a great mood.

Loved the rondavel we stayed in and no electricity added to the game park adventure. Loved that the entire complex is clean and well maintained, with plenty of relaxing and viewing seating in the gardens. Loved the hake dinner I had first night so much I had it for lunch the next day. Unfortunately the lunch was disappointing as the oil wasn’t hot enough and both chips and fish were soggy and greasy. Staff member waiting table must have been work experience and has a long way to go, if she wasn’t then she needs replacing. Rest of staff great. We saw so many rhinos, and so close, hippos, lots of giraffe and many antelope, a wilderbeast,, vultures, a turtle, an elephant. Many road in good repair. Loved the whole experience.

Bhubesi Camp is remote - very quiet and peaceful. No wifi, no restaurant, no pool, just you and the bush. Chalets are spacious, well maintained and comfortable.
