I'm really happy with the house we rented. It is a pretty big house, perfect for a big family of group of friends. The only problem was that when we arrived the house was not cleaned. But I called Vacasa's 24/7 guest services and they fixed it inmediately calling the local team to clean the house. And we got a substantial refund to compensate for the inconvinience, and they even called a few more times to make sure that everything was ok and we had no problems with the house or the cleaning. Everything was done in a very professional way. I would totally reccomend to rent with Vacasa again.
