We had a wonderful stay, Sanda the host couldn’t do enough, with lots of clear communication, instructions and recommendations. The villa itself was clean, the beds so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. My son loved the outdoor shower and feeding the very companionable cat, (which are everywhere in Crete and here is no exception.) We particularly loved relaxing in the outdoor lounge area, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful flowers, listening to the sound of the sea. It’s close enough to walk to the beach ( 8 mins walk down the road) and then a lovely promenade by the sea to get into Sissi itself ( a further 12-15 mins) which is charming for all the right reasons. Nice well stocked supermarket, lovely water front cafes, tavernas and restaurants. (Don’t miss the goats milk ice-cream right on the harbour.) The harbour itself is like a lagoon for swimming, clear, cool, clean calm. All in all we hope to be back as we loved Crete itself, and this was an excellent and beautiful place to stay.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the sea, the garden, the surroundings of the house and comfortable beds. Also very good client services from Sandra from Athens including tips for interesting places in the area.
