“A view that comes at a price..”

It is a million dollar view! The host was friendly though did not realize we had booked a room just a couple of hours ago. Breakfast was croissants and jam plus coffee and juice.

“Family run B&B in the heart of the forest”
23 Oct 2023
Traditional family home that has been converted into a friendly B&B. Francesca is a lovely host and very keen to make sure you are comfortable and happy - though speaks no English. Our room had a private bathroom but most others seem to share bathrooms. Stunning views from the communal terrace and surrounded by the forest - with a steep but not impossible walk down the the beach (20 mins away). Be aware it's Euro25 for a couple of sunbeds on the beach when you get there (!) Nice breakfast, served on the terrace.

“Loved the stay”
22 Sep 2023
The place was in the mountains. Hard to find at first. The road leading to it was dirt, with bumps and super rustic. Once we got there...the views were magnificent. Our host greeted us with drinks and snacks (a beautiful fruit torte). There was wifi (no extra charge). We like to hike, so it was near hiking paths. We could walk down a path to the beach. We were also very near a path to a magnificent view of 'Le Due Sorelle". Breath-taking! Our host was friendly and available when needed. Helps to know some Italian. Also she provides a decent typical Italian breakfast.

“Superb”

Unbelievably beautiful this B&B located in the mountains adjacent to Sirolo, with direct access to a beautiful beach by a beautiful trail through the woods. Host, Francesca, is very kind and attentious. We stayed in the main house, rooms are comfortable and tidy. As it is a converted house, not all rooms will be en-suits, but all guests have their own private bathroom. To get to the property you need to make a 10 min off road journey, but going slowly it is easily doable with a normal car (no need to be 4X4 and we arrived in a very rainy day), we were in a Fiat Panda and was o.k. To access the beach there is a direct trail which takes about 20min. Quite easy and enjoyable for who ever has done any hiking in their life, but might not be comfortable for urbanites and people with mobility difficulty. If you understand what you're booking there is nothing not to like in this place.
