Very nice place to stay! Clean and cozy room with super balcony and private terrace. Delicious breakfast and excellent host. The location is also great (close to Sirolo and Numana).

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days and only wish it was longer!! We had the most wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean and Simonetta was an incredibly kind and accommodating host! Breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. A huge thank you Simonetta and we can't wait to return!

Clean and comfortable, room a little smaller but we had lots of luggage with us. Hosts were very friendly, good breakfast. Great value for money.
