Great localization - the lake is super close, as well as the bus stops that can take you to the historic centre as well as the train station in Peschiera or Desenzano. The hotel has its years, which was quite charming. The staff was super nice and spoke fluent English.

Had a fantastic one-night stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by lively restaurants. The breakfast was great, and Fabio, our host and the owner, was super friendly and welcoming. Plus, having parking included was a real bonus. Definitely recommend this place for a cozy and convenient stay in Sirmione.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, our hosts made us feel very special and the breakfasts were fabulous. Our room was comfortable with a walk in shower and we enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony.
