Very welcoming staff. Very well located. Excellent breakfast. Shame they don’t offer lunch. Drinks and bar snacks were very reasonably priced

The pool at the end of a busy day was a real welcome. Great use of the bikes to get around Sirmione, it’s bigger than you first think!

Brilliant location, quite but close to the top of the lake and the circular bus which runs frequently to the old town and back. The roof top pool and breakfast were as good as you’d find in any other boutique hotel.

Loved the rooftop pool - there was plenty of sun beds and even an adults only area with sun beds. Breakfast was lovely and the cleaners were very fast at tidying our room while we were down having our breakfast! Great location for getting the shuttle up to the Sirmione peninsula, or to get the LN026 bus to Peschiera del Garda where there is a train station.
