We loved everything - we were in a family suite and it was huge! Loved having. Separate room for the kids. Loved the location! Perfect! All the staff were amazing, especially Francesca! Many thanks! Great breakfast!

Palazzo Gilistro is in the heart of Ortigia, making it full of character and brilliant for visiting the landmarks, cafes, restaurants and exploring the streets. We could not have been made to feel more welcome by Bernadette and Francesca, who reached out ahead of our arrival to organise valet parking and restaurant reservations. The room was a great size, comfortable and clean. We all slept well in this hotel. The terrace bar is a lovely spot - we appreciated the welcome drink.

We had a room with sea view an a terrace.. I like how our room looks.. high ceilings.. all is very comfortable
