The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was big and soft.The location was good although it's a bit of walking from the city centre. The owner was lovely and very helpful. I had booked a different room through booking but he upgraded to one with balcony and view, which was very kind.

Clean, spacious rooms. Located in a tenement building. About a 15-20 minute walk to Ortigia. The room was clean and cleaned every other day. Fabrizio was helpful, when we had questions/problems he replied on WhatsApp, his attitude was great. I highly recommend it.

Located just 5 minutes from the Greek Theatre and archeological park. A bit further away from Ortigia (but still walkable). Fabrizio is really caring for the guests and check all the time if anything is needed. Fridge has a freezer tray!
