Very nice hotel. 1.8 km by walk to Ortigia island. Very convenient and there is place for parking. The owner is nice and friendly. Thanks to her to help me moving car outside. Good job!

The room overlooked the sea from two windows and the view was spectacular, with the sound of the sea a constant background sound track. Very good shower in a large bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge were very welcome. Parking is mostly on the street unless you are lucky enough to snaffle a spot within the gated area in front of the accommodation. A 30 minute walk to Ortigia or to the Neopolis. There is also a very good restaurant a five minute walk away - Zen and Jonico. The "private beach" is a concrete area below the accommodation into a rocky sea and would have been a welcome place to cool off and snorkel, but the sea was too rough to take advantage of it.

Nice clean room. The owners are very nice and they even allowed us to do early check in when we arrived to Siracusa.
