Mostly friendly staff. Thankfully the lift was repaired quickly (and they did offer to carry my case up to the 4th floor!) Rooms were nice, spacious and have everything you need. Restaurant and bar on site and guest laundry (24 hours). Not far to shopping and restaurants.

Just a really nice hotel, modern and with friendly staff. Superb location in the centre right on the river with an easy walk to the falls
