The location is good. In a quiet, pretty, leafy street with not too far to walk to the lake. The breakfast was tasty with just enough choice BUT we realised after breakfast that some foods, yoghurts etc were left in a fridge and not on show for the guests to see. The hotel was nice and warm on entering and it was dog friendly which is what we looked for.

The bed is comfy, there is a bathtub in the room and the sheets were clean. The place looks pretty much like the pictures.
