I got what I paid for. It's one of the cheapest places in the city or even the cheapest. Bed was ok. And room had a working airco. The place to sit outside was nice. And even though they mention you don't get towels I was offered some. Only stayed one day instead of three but that had nothing to do with the appartment but more with the city, I came from the other side of the lake and couldn't handle how different it felt. The next day I decided to take the boat back to the other side, but only had a bus late in the afternoon to the ferry in szantod. The host said there was a boat leaving from Siofok at 16:00 and that time it was 15:30. But this is mentioned nowhere not even on the site from the boat company, so I did not believe her. She even called here daughter who also said she was wrong. But she kept insisting. She speaks very little english so communication was hard. We kept trying to convince each other until 15.50 and suddenly she pulls me in her car and drives like crazy to the harbor. We arrived there at 15.55 and she runned to the ticket boot with me. She was right after all. Amazing what she did to get me on that boat. Much respect for that. I got a nice boattrip on lake balaton for an hour instead of a 15min trip on the ferry. Thank you, you made my day! Will never forget that.

The host is very kind and friendly! The room was very comfortable, the bed was comfy and very clean and tidy, we had a private bathroom which was nicely decorated! She provided us with drinking water and towels and gave us lots of suggestions for excursions around the area, very friendly. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we go back to Siofok in the future!
