We were looking for a good hotel close to Sintra, and this worked well. You should know that the location is a 8-10 minute drive from Sintra's downtown and is not walkable. We used Uber and that worked well ($10-12 euros). Driving and parking inside Sintra can be very challenging. You could drive to the transit station in Sintra and Uber from there, but we found it easier to just uber all the way. The hotel is located in an industrial/commercial area, so a bit of an odd location. But the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Overall, it served us really well as a base for us to explore Sintra.

The restaurant was very convenient. The elevator was a great help. The reception was quick and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The room was actually ok, but we could hear the noise from street and everything from other rooms or corridor. Breakfast was disappointing for the price paid. Staff was friendly and welcoming!
