We were there in early December 2025 and spent three nights in the penthouse (room 9). Everything was great, and the staff was very friendly. They cleaned the room perfectly every day and kindly allowed us to leave our suitcase in their laundry room for a few hours after checkout. We'll probably come back again, as there's still so much we haven't seen in Sintra!

Rooms decorated with taste. Beautiful aesthetics. Beautiful views from the windows. Good breakfasts. Strong wifi. And last but not least: wonderful, friendly staff. They creatively solved my problem in the room without hesitation. Thank you very much! And a warm greeting to the lady on staff, who just started work two days ago.
