The room is beautiful and clean. The owner is enthusiastic, thoughtful and cheerful. Next to it is a flower garden path and when you reach the end of the flower garden, you will be surprised and delighted to see, hear and feel the fresh air from the babbling stream with a spacious space, you can sit and soak your feet or simply enjoy the sound of nature. I wish everyone enjoys their vacation like me.

I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house with a river running through its garden — truly a magical setting. My room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Roman, the host, is an amazing person — kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The entire place felt safe, peaceful, and welcoming. A perfect spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free stay. Highly recommended!

A very friendly welcome by the lady of the house, very helpful information given, always there to help and asked if I need anything else I need. A little bit of German language lesson with the cub of coffee, very friendly chat in the morning and so on.

Host greet me and even invited me to join his family party to drink with them but I was too tired that night and sleep right away. The room was comfy, toilet and shower was great. Even got complimentary chocolate and coffee and kettle. The next morning the host invited me to drink espresso in his private kitchen and we had a good chat. Lovely house with a lovely host. Definitely will come back again and totally recommended.
