The location in terms of proximity to public transport and major centres and shopping. Quiet and safe with a nice green aspect. I can't comment on the swimming pool as the weather was not conducive. Great laundry facilities and the restaurant was fine for breakfast with a full dinner menu. Throughout the hotel the staff were amenable and professional and excellent cleaning services of the room every day.

Availability of a family room for 4. In Spore kids above 12 are considered adults which results us having to take two rooms - so it’s saved a lot by just needing one room.

The location was great. 2 minutes to a large MRT station, and large shopping plaza with many choices for food, restaurants and a large supermarket. The bus to and from the airport (bus number 36) stops very close to the hotel and is a very convenient and cheap transport option.
