The location is good, especially its proximity to hospitals and shopping centers. The hotel needs to exercise some flexibility in terms of checking out time. Some flights are past midnight and the customer is obliged to leave the room at midday the latest, making it uncomfortable. They should make allowance until at least three to four in the afternoon, or at least charge very minimal amount not 50 percent as they do now. The could confirm customer request by viewing the actual flight time of the customer.

Comfortable, quiet room with a wide view of buildings old and new and some lovely trees. Very polite and helpful Reception staff - 24 hour service, we arrived at 1:00am. It was AUS$45 taxi fare from the airport. Clean room and bathroom with toiletries supplied. Electric sockets and USB port by the side of both beds 🙂 Secure - room card access to lift and room. The hotel happily looked after our bags after checkout so we could have a day sightseeing. We came back at 4:30pm to collect our bags. When we said we were hot and sweaty the doorman suggested we go down to the pool change rooms and take a shower. 😀 Nice big white towels and a refreshing shower and change of clothes ready for the flight to London.

Room suited our needs Location was very good, close to Orchard Road Did not take up the breakfast option, preferred various options on the streets
