While the facilities themselves were excellent, what truly moved us was the hospitality of all the staff members. It was evident that everyone goes above and beyond to cater to each guest's needs, providing service that goes beyond expectation. ・Thoughtful Consideration for Guests with a Baby We kindly inquired about borrowing a microwave to warm our baby's food. To our surprise and delight, they provided a microwave directly to our room, which was incredibly helpful. We know that microwaves are often not available in hotel rooms, so this gesture was truly wonderful. Thanks to this thoughtful service, our baby could eat comfortably and safely, which greatly eased our minds as parents. ・Support in Recovering My Lost Smartphone Despite my own carelessness in losing my smartphone, the team was incredibly supportive and proactive in assisting me, allowing me to successfully recover it. I am deeply grateful for their swift and warm assistance.

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The front office staff were very helpful, especially the Chinese staff member who was very kind and supportive. The breakfast was also good, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
