The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Renovation work is taking place. The affected areas are the Falls swimming pool and the gym. The Stillwater pool is available for recreation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The property may be affected by noise. The hotel will be operating as usual and we seek your understanding and support. Please note that the following units are located on upper-level floors with lift access. - Superior Twin Room - Premier King Room - Premier Twin Room - Superior King Room - Deluxe Twin RoomCraft Wine Bistro will be closed for renovation from 11 August 2025 to 25 September 2025. We look forward to welcoming you back on the 26 September 2025 with a refreshed experience.In the meantime, join us for drinks at Bentley’s located at the lobby.

The room was very comfortable, with a wonderful bed and sheets.The view was nice. Loved the coffee machine and the special tap for filtered water. I thought the space to sit at the window was practical and a nice touch.
