Please note that the property does not accommodate children below 4 years of age. Reception is open from 10am to 8pm daily You are required to show a photo ID --OR-- credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Young travelers between 4 to 18 years old are required to stay in a private room with at least one accompanying adult or legal guardian. We do not have pay-at-property or pay-on-arrival option. Full payment needs to be collected to confirm the booking. For any refund of payment due to cancellation, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total collected amount. An amount of SGD10/night/person, in the form of credit card pre-authorization or cash may be requested as damage deposit for group of 6 persons or more.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The rooms were spacious with lockers big enough for a small suitcase and a cabin bag. Bathrooms were super clean and the kitchen area was perfect for heating up food.

The property operates as a hostel with shared rooms, and we were a group of five, so I reserved six pods within the same room to ensure that we had a sense of privacy and comfort during our stay. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the communal breakfast concept. While the food selection was somewhat limited, the experience of sitting together with other travelers, exchanging stories, and enjoying a morning coffee or tea created a warm, friendly, and memorable atmosphere. The location is excellent—situated right in the heart of Chinatown, offering easy access to local attractions, dining options, and public transportation. Additionally, the shared bathrooms and toilet facilities were consistently clean and well-maintained, which made the stay more comfortable.
