We liked the location. It was in a quiet street with several churches and close to two metro stations. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and a brief walk to Bugis street market offered many more food and general market stores. We found the Apartment staff to be very helpful, always smiling and cheerfully responding to any concerns we had.

Just stayed at Wilby for 8 days travelling from Scotland. Fantastic location, right next to Bugis markets and food halls. Subway 1 min walk so we can get everywhere although we walked to Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Marina Bay Sands as well. The apartments are spotless and the staff are very friendly. Television has all the major HBO films, Bein Sport and Sky, and BBC News. The steam room and gym are great, never used the Jacuzzi. The breakfast is great, coffee, juice, toast, cakes, and local food noodles, chicken. Not a typical UK breakfast but really nice and different every day. The ladies serving breakfast were lovely. Mo the head of Concierge was great as well. Would highly recommend if you want a bit more of a home feel rather than a small hotel room. Finally great having the washing machine and dryer. Clothes all cleaned for the next leg of our trip.

We had a really comfy stay at Wilby Central! The accommodation was well-equipped but in excellent condition. It was the little touches not often found in other places that made us feel welcomed and gave it that homey vibe. One such example, the shoe rack in the cupboard - to be able to have our shoes neatly tucked away and out of sight…no more eye sore after a tiring day out! Plus, everything was spotless—the fridge, microwave, and kettle were all clean and free of stains. Most of the staff were friendly and eager to help, always making sure we had a comfortable stay. Their warm smiles and respectful greetings were a delight, with a special shout-out to Sukuma and Shanti, and of course, Iskandar, whom we met on our checkout day. Our housekeeper, Nurul, was fantastic—courteous and thorough in keeping our room in great shape. She even noticed we had used up all the hangers and added more without us even asking! This level of attention to detail across the board really shows that the management is thoughtful and committed to providing great service. As frequent travelers to Singapore, we might have just found our go-to place!
