Location, room, service was good. Staff Mahdar & Nor Hayati attended during check in, ensuring all are in place and prepared to guest's expectatons. The swan deco was a bit early so wen we entered the room,my grandson immediately grabbed the swan and the staff are nice wheb informed to redo it.
