The receiptionist who was there the day I checked in made sure the room was avaliable the time I arrived. The confirmation stated the check in is at 2 pm however room was available way before that which gave time for us to rest after the flight . Whenever a request was made for blanket or a temperature change in the room all requests were attended promptly. Very close to Zhongshan Mall where so many options for food available. Kudos to the front office team .

The staff were friendly. When the TV didn't turn off they came up to help and give a new TV remote. They extended our check out by an hour for free without us really asking.
