The family room is large enough for 4 people. The room is clean and equipped with basic amneties. The location is sentral and nearby convenient stores and public transports.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff was good. I had an allergic reaction to the room I was originally given; the staff happily upgraded the room for me.

Staff are all nice and polite. We had a family room, 2x twin room, and double bed room, and I requested if we could have the rooms close to each other as it was a family holiday, and it was granted. Thank you!! A friend of ours left us some gifts in the reception while we were out for the whole day, and as soon as we arrived, they reminded us about it. They kept it safe. 😊 The hotel is next to the train station, which is so handy for travelling around Singapore and there are a lot of restaurants around the area.
