Kindly provide the hotel with your arrival flight details including flight number and arrival timing, prior to arrival. For early check-ins, a pre-block of guest room is required to guarantee a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge. Please note that the standard check-in time applies if a pre-block request is not received. The tax amount which is set out in the Reservation Details above and payable by the guest shall be subject to changes based on the prevailing tax rate at the time of payment of the applicable room charges. Please present your room reservation confirmation email/letter when you enter Sentosa main gantry (at a manned lane) via taxi, private hire vehicle or car to enjoy complimentary island admission. After check-in, please get your QR codes from our front desk to facilitate Sentosa entry and exit during your stay. As part of mandatory local authority requirements, we will be conducting an electrical main switchgear test on Tuesday, 27 May 2025, from 12am to 6am. During this time, there will be interruption in power supply and broadband internet access throughout the resort, including guestrooms. Please contact us for more information.If your booking includes a $50 property credit, please note that it refers to SGD 50 voucher per night (accumulative) valid at all The Palawan @ Sentosa attractions and dining outlets, except The Palawan Food Trucks and Blu Kouzina. • The Palawan @ Sentosa is not located in the hotel premises. Please make your way to the activity venue at your own cost. • Voucher can be used onsite at The Palawan @ Sentosa (54 Palawan Beach Walk, 098233) at participating venues.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Tucked in the corner of Sentosa, this hotel provides privacy. Not convenient located but with options of transport and shuttle buses makes it bearable (especially in the Singapore heat).

Food was excellent,room was great,arrived at the hotel very early 09.30 in the morning, we were allocated our room there and then, no early charge as you can get at some hotels

We had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful. We got a free upgrade to connecting oceanfront rooms with 3 adults and 3 kids. They garden room would have been fine but it was nice to see the ocean and lights on all the boats lining up each night. The fun team did an amazing job running free sessions in the pool each day. The only downside was that the pool was a little warm and we'd have preferred it cooler in the heat. Having free access to beach equipment, like stand up paddle boards etc, and the free movies each evening on the beach was a lovely surprise. They had so many activities for free, like a pool table, table tennis etc. The breakfast was exceptional. On the last day we didn't leave until 6:30pm and when the shower room wasn't available they even gave us free access to a room for everyone to shower and change before we left. The Italian restaurant on the beach was really good with a variety of good value food. Overall we had an amazing time.
