The greeting we got in the mornings from Ann Han. She made our stay memorable. The pool for the kids was great and being able to use the facilities of the hotel. Walking distance from Orchard Rd. The shuttle bus was also very useful.

Everything about the Shangri-la was terrific. Thisnproperty exceeding our expectations as a family. Big rooms, great welcome mini bar, awesome pool facilities.

We’ve booked a 1-bedroom apartment for us and our daughter, so her bed was in a living room. We rearranged the room slightly so that she did not have to sleep facing the entrance door. The kitchenette was decently equipped (a big fridge, microwave with oven, cooking hub, plates, pans, cutlery). We got some complementary food for a start (eggs, bread, butter, milk, cornflakes, juices), so no stress with our first breakfast. The room was very clean (cleaning 3x per week, but fresh towels were delivered at request anytime). The staff were very nice and helpful. Each time food ordered on GRAB app delivered to our room by concierge.
