This place is a really outstanding combination of colonial charm and modern hotel experience. The whole team from Sikh doormen, reception, up to the butler is very friendly and professional. After a few days it did not feel like staying in a hotel, but at a luxurious home. We had a great time in various bars and restaurants and enjoyed high quality food and drinks with excellent service.

I loved the elegant luxurious grandeur that was depicted from the past but was also modern. The staff were also outstanding fitting in with the grandeur and treating us like royalty. The room was even better than the photos it was like living in a grand apartment.

The property boasts a palpable sense of history, complemented by well-maintained and thoughtfully renovated facilities. The ambiance is serene and conducive to relaxation. Accommodations are generously sized and well-appointed, meeting most guest expectations. While the staff demonstrated courtesy and friendliness, the service occasionally appeared somewhat hurried.

This hotel was a dream, we had excellent service and an incredible experience from start to finish. Door men were very welcoming, Narinder, Vikirm, Harpreet were incredibly helpful made our stay super pleasant. The hotel is amazing 😻 from suites to shopping experience. We were given a butler that looked after all our needs, James was so helpful and caring, provided us with the best experience we could ever ask for. The history of this hotel is incredible and it was a pleasure to stay there.
