The service was exceptional and felt personal. For example, the batteries for the remote control for the TV ran out during our stay and the hotel immediately sent a technician to the room to replace them. Check in was slightly delayed so we received complimentary breakfasts (the value exceeded the minor inconvenience). The breakfast buffet was extensive and my dietary requirements were remembered for the second day of our stay. Location was great too - walking distance to the Merlion and other attractions. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Hairdryer was top quality.

Great location and very nice room and hotel ammenities. Amazing buffet breakfast. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but we were given dinner and buffet breakfast with a late check out for the inconvenience. Much appreciated
