The size of the apartments. The convenience to orchard Rd and MRT. The staff, especially being greeted by Leueda in the morning at breakfast.

The staff are beautiful. We travelled with our 18 month old and they treated him like he was their own. The facility has everything you need when travelling with children (apart from a children play area). The apartments are great.

Everything ! All the amenities were perfect especially travelling with an 18 month old. Also very attentive, they got me and my husband birthday cakes. It was very sweet of them.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning easy to regulate. The shower was excellent. There is a small gym and a swimming pool. Staff were were invariably friendly and helpful with a 24 hour reception. The aparthotel is adjacent to Somerset MRT station with several large shopping malls surrounding it and numerous of restaurants, including a Food Republic on the top floor of 313@Somerset, and a supermarket across the road.
