Room, location, food & cleanliness was top notch. The staff did above and beyond when we request help when my child was little sick. The staff at the lobby was also helpful with organizing a vehicle with excess baggage.

Thank you Sheryll for all the help and arrangements you have made for us. This is one of the most comfortable trip and hotel reception experience I had in many years and it’s all because of you! Me & my family can’t thank you enough for the wonderful service you have given to us over the course of our stay. Novotel has been our go to place to stay in Singapore and you just cemented its place in our itinerary and our heart for years to come as my kids go to university here! Thanks again and I really appreciate it! A special mention to Anil in the reception as well how took care of us in the absence of Sheryll!

The location is prefect, super easy access to shops, public transportation. All the late night shopping was definitely the highlight of our trip. The room is spacious, it’s not easy to find a king bed that would fit my partner’s height but he’s definitely enjoyed the stay😊
