The BEST hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff is absolutely phenomenal, the facilities are great and the rooms incredibly spacious. We misplaced out passports and the Frontline staff went above and beyond trying to trace them for us. We will most definitely be back!

I stayed 6 days with my kids and all was good with facility ,ı felt safe even my daughters spend some lonely times at all cafes and pool I want to thank to miss sephora from reception , she was allways smiley and helpfull , from concierege miss maria and mr nizman was so helpfull about all my reservations and transport , from mo bar kim and maria was perfect and actually all crew was very motivated and helpfull , also miss MJ was so kind and served us best coffee and cakes :) thanks to all .

The onsen and cherry garden restaurant . The staff Jennie at the cherry garden restaurant was great. She gave me unexpected surprise for my bday. The staffs there are all good. Chef fei’s dishes were fantastic.
