The level of service and friendliness! Mr. Ashok at the reception together with Suleiha and Hakhim, and Auntie Kim of housekeeping were all amazingly efficient, professional, and attentive... always with a smile. Made my long stressful stay a pleasant and personal one! The location cannot be better. I used to live in the neighborhood, so I knew it would be great, and it was!

Great location, The staff were very courteous and helpful. Suites comfortable and very clean. The roof top pool is lovely.

Locatiom along Penang Road diagonally across from 313@Somerset/Orchardgateway was excellent with some eateries along Killiney Road and a bus stop nearby

I liked having the 24-hr reception. Staff were outstanding, always went above and beyond. The pool is great for lap swimming.
