While the hotel is very basic (as an ibis budget should be), the staff is fantastic and very attentive. We felt very welcomed by the reception staff. The location is great, in a very lively area called Bugis and 10min walk of relevant attractions such as the Raffles hotel, the Parliament, as well as Chinatown and the downtown (it can all be done by foot).

The place is centrally located and convenient for travel around the city through walk and MRT. However, the rooms are congested if you are travelling with luggage.

The rooms are very small, and as stated no windows on this room type (which I knew at time of booking) this is a very basic but comfortable room which is exactly what you want in a city like Singapore (because really how much time are you spending in the room). The location is so good. I’m so happy I decided to stay here. Close to multiple MRTs and bus stops. Walking distance to lots of attractions, shopping centres and bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay again. All the staff were kind and helpful.
