Location is excellent, right at Bugis Street area and close to city centre. The Duty Manager was excellent in looking after our needs. She moved us to a bigger suite when she found out that our room has water droplets from A/C condensation. Room is cleaned every day and toiletries stocked. Self-service laundry is about 5 minutes' walk, making a longer stay bearable.

Its was my 2nd time coming back to stay there for a night stay. And 1st time to get the a room on the 3rd floor. And the room was like a Wow to me.. Got a nice bed and a nice room. Worth of money to get a place to stay for a night.
