It's rather basic hotel and coming from holidays in Vietnam you have to lower your expectations what hotel you get for your money in Singapore. Rooms are small, pretty basic, small wet bathroom. It's 10min walk from Outram Park MRT which can get you everywhere in Singapore.

Despite the low rating the hotel exceeded my expectations. For a budget hotel I didn't expect the staff to always accommodate my requests, they were all very nice and helpful. There was always at least one person to assist at the reception giving a sense of security and care; the room was always clean and, even if small, everything fitted perfectly. The toilet was a wet toilet style but very clean and functional. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who look for a good quality cheap accomodation. The neighborhood is lovely and full of bars, cafés and local restaurants. The position is very strategic and functional.
