The hotel is well located in the Katong area. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Good aircon and comfortable bed. I thought breakfast was very good value. There is an MRT station not too far away. Hotel arranged taxi to Changi at a discount rate, Happy to stay here again in the future.

It serve my purpose of "in transit" at Singapore, as I prefer to stay outside the airport. The location is just nice, 10 minutes taxi drive from / to airport; there is a food court and supermarket in the shopping centre just next to it; many other restaurant around it at the main road. It is also 5 minutes walk to the train station. The reception is at the 7th floor, so have to take a lift up though taxi can stop just at the door entrance to the lift. Room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast started at 6:30am at the same floor of the reception with a wide sitting area inside and outside. If one does not need to go Orchard Rd or Chinatown or any other touristry shopping locations, this is one of the nice place to stay. I think the rate is also reasonable compared to other similar standard hotel in Singapore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the room being smaller than we imagined. But we soon appreciated many small details that made for an easy , comfortable stay. There was the choice of pillow heights, a "pura" water tap in the bathroom for all drinking and teeth cleaning requirements, very comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and very helpful and efficient staff (from reception to cleaners)..loved the area and main shopping street at the end of the road.
