It was compact and best value for money especially if you are travelling solo. It was neat, in a prime location, safe and served the purpose.

A few days before checkin, I received a message from the Digital Concierge explaining that my original room on Arab street was deemed "not in optimal condition", so they upgraded me to another room in Heritage Apartments City Hall. I was fine with this change, since they communicated the situation very well and the upgraded room was bigger and in a great location. The room itself was super clean, and had an extremely comfortable king size bed. I also enjoyed the location, which was walking distance to many places of interest. I found the checkin process using the Heritage Collection app to be pretty simple, and I also appreciated the fact that I was able to leave my luggage in the room when I was checking out, and they stored it for me until later in the day when I had to get to the airport. Stella, Divina, and the digital concierge Belle were fantastic and answered my questions extremely quickly. They were super accommodating, such as letting me borrow a Singapore travel adapter when I realized I had left mine at home. While the property doesn't have a traditional concierge or front desk, I felt the Digital Concierge was just as good, if not better, because of how fast they responded. Overall, I had a great experience at this property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend it to others.
