There is no elevator in the building and the rooms are located on level 1 and level 2Please note that all guests need to provide a valid passport at check-in.Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The location was lively with access to food and bars within a couple minutes of walk. Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Sri Mariamman Temple, Maxwell food Centre and Chinatown Market were 3 minutes away on foot! The checkin and checkout were both hassle free, and Xia was available on WhatsApp for any queries round the clock. Cleanliness was top notch, ample space in forms of cupboards, space for luggage below the bed, kitchenette with utensils and equipment, ironing board. Had a minor problem with the bath door, which Xia helped resolve very quickly! Best stay in budget, with all the necessities with great location. Very proactive staff. Loved our stay.

The location is excellent! At walking distance from several Hawker centers, dowtown and even the river. Everything worked and the room was clean, comfy and cool. The concierges Xia, Mary and Dolly were active in offering their help.
