No elevator 44 narrow steps to reach 3rd floor..the room that allocated for me Not suitable for old age or for those with knee problem But staff are solid sweet and helpful

I like the room layout and the cleanliness. I also like how the staff are easy to contact on WhatsApp and reply really quick, they were extremely helpful

The hotel is moderately clean and very well equipped, making it a comfortable place to stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is quite convenient, although the surrounding area can be a bit noisy due to nearby construction. Additionally, the room's noise insulation isn’t perfect, so it’s not entirely quiet at night. However, if you’re looking for a place for a short stay or have business in the area, this is a perfect option. Overall, a pleasant experience!
