Great location near Sommerset (2 min walk) MRT. There is a 24 hour supermarket 1 minute away and lots of local eateries, including a few 24 hour street vendors. Safe area, especially at night. Great air conditioning, great water pressure, 24 acess to lobby with FOB thus felt very safe and secure. The washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge and small electric cooktop made this place even more amazing. Excellent value for money. Our room was spacious and clean. Ps, there is an amazing A5 waygu steak restaurant about 3 minutes away where you can get A5 steaks for about $30-40!

The staff is really nice and the property is good with all the electic appliances that you need for a long stay, like washing machine, microwave, kettle, induction hob. This means that if you want you can cook yourself some noodles or make a cup of tea or coffee. There is also a supermarket nearby called FairPrice that if I am correct is open 24/7 The location is in the middle of a residential area it's very quiet during the night and you can fall asleep without worrying about the noise. Bus from this location takes you everywhere in half of the time than the tube!! This place is also an affordable option, since most of the accommodations in Singapore are often very expensive here I found good value for money!

Excellent location, very short walk to the MRT, Orchard road on our doorstep for shopping and eating. Lots of room in the apartment, loved having the sofa and the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.
