Proximity to the MRT, cleanliness of the room, facilities and the staff were friendly and accomodated our needs. We requested a late checkout and they were happy to provide that option. Even when we got late to get back to the hotel to checkout, the reception staff added an extra 45 mins for us to freshen up and pack our belongings. That was something which we did not expect and shows the level of customer service they provide. Will definitely be back or recommend to my family and friends.

Another Pleasant Enjoyable Stay Have used and been to the Grand Mercure Roxy over many years during Business and Leisure trips to Singapore .. Great Hotel , Excellent Facilities & Service .. Wonderful Staff & Presentation of Rooms as always .. Experience has been greatly enhanced over the years with the upgrade to the reception area, along with the completion of having the MRT station at Marine Parade located just to the front of the Hotel 😁👍… Excellent Hotel , Nice Facilities , Great Location , Everything you need within walking distance, or local travel services with great connections into the City, Changi Airport , which is only 20 mins away .. Comes highly recommended and will continue to stay use in the future… Thx JOHN R

The room were well located and reasonably close to the lift as requested. It's an older, but well maintained hotel. The house keeping were quite flexible. Thank you all for your understanding and service,

It's an easy stop over near the airport , on the bus and train line . The pool.
