Excellent location, right next to the river and with easy access to shops, restaurants and the main attractions.

Great location on the river front; close to 2 MRT stations and a bus stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were new (hotel opened in 2023) and comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine and treats was a lovely touch, there was a good range of food to choose from for a light breakfast, and the "afternoon drinks" (spirits and wines) with a range of light foods to eat with the drinks was appreciated. All of these extra touches meant the Fraser Residences were good value for money.

This is a modern and well located property. It’s just 5 minutes from the underground station Havelock, giving great access to Singapore. Behind the property you’re on the Quay with lots of bars and restaurants too. There are also free soft drinks available all day. Rooms are fitted out to high standard with everything you could need for a stay. We stayed Bed and Breakfast which was great value and in addition to this there were complimentary drinks “cocktails” each evening for two hours with snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Lots to like. Great location, very clean, nice views of the river and the family of otters! Evening drinks a lovely bonus. We’ve stayed there twice now, and although all the rooms are lovely, I’d definitely opt for a one bed if you can as the studios are a bit cramped and bathrooms offer little privacy.
