Location is excellent when flying off or on Changhi Airport. It has indoor access into the airport. Swimming pool is centrally located. Breakfast is really good with a broad variety to choose from. Staff (especially Demir at check-in) was really helpful and even gave us an upgrade from standard room to junior suite. Very well with 2 young kids (10months and 3yo). What a big room with living room, big desk, separate toilet, bathtub, walk in closet and a pantry corner with coffee/thea and an empty minibar where you can store items. And an upgrade from Standard room to Premium room with instant swimming pool access for our accompanying travellers.

The moment we walked in, we were impressed. The reception/check-in staff were so helpful and friendly to our babies. They even upgraded us to help with our needs (two small babies). It was so lovely. Couldn’t fault the hotel, staff or amenities. We will undoubtedly be back!
