A great home away from home. Hotel restaurant is very good with plenty of other food options nearby. Novena MRT easily accessed either by convenient hotel shuttle bus or busstop outside adjoining mall. The greatest thing about the Aloft Novena is the staff who are the most friendly, accommodating and professional you will meet. We had a problem with the AC, and a number of staff work hard to put it right. Our group of 8 loved our time at the Aloft Novena.

Good communication from hotel prior to arrival. Room a good size. Reasonable sized bathroom. Great room service team. Lovely pool area. Guest self laundry a massive plus ( only hotel we encountered with one). Bus to little India by entrance. Hotel shuttle to local MRT station

The room was comfortable. Very good breakfast. Staff always helpful. We caught buses from just outside the nearby Mall to get into the city centre rather than walking to the MRT. Pool was great.

I had such a great experience at Aloft Singapore Novena. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super accommodating—it really set the tone for the whole stay. The room was fresh, modern, and spotless, with great colour choices that gave it a stylish vibe. The bathroom was clean and sleek, and everything felt brand new. Breakfast was honestly next level! So much variety—whether you're after something light or a full-on feast, they've got you covered. The pool area was a real treat—plenty of space to relax and enjoy the facilities without feeling crowded. Location-wise, it was spot on. Easy access to a nearby mall made everything super convenient, with shops and essentials just steps away. Plus, the area is packed with great local food options that made dining out a real pleasure. All in all, a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone heading to Singapore!
